![]() Right-click on the company database and select Tasks then Take Offline.IF the company appears here with (Recovery Pending) appended it is in a recovery state.Expand Databases in the Object Explorer on the left. ![]() Launch MS SQL Server 2014 Management Studio on the server and sign in using Windows Authentication (if logged into the server with the same Windows profile that installed Sage 100 Contractor) or with SQL Authentication and the sa (SQL Administrator) account and password.Section 5: If restarting the server does not cause the database to reappear in the Database Administrator or Sage 100 Contractor, try take the database offline and bring it back online: ![]() Section 4: If restarting the SQL Server (SAGE100CON) service does not cause the database to reappear in the Database Administrator or Sage 100 Contractor, restart the server. Section 3: If the companies are listed in Database Administration, but some or all users still cannot see them after refreshing the Company list, refer to My company is not in the Company List in Sage 100 Contractor v20 Note: users may need to refresh the Company List again.
